Solaz Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Bergen County, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning services
  • Other cleaning-related services as agreed upon

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email
  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control

3.2 Access to Property

You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to your property. You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The property is accessible at the scheduled time
  • Any pets are secured or removed during service
  • Any hazards or special instructions are communicated to us in advance
  • Valuables and personal items are secured

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All pricing is provided in quotes and may vary based on the size of the property, type of service, frequency, and specific requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • For recurring services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge
  • This guarantee applies to workmanship and quality, not to pre-existing conditions or damage
  • We reserve the right to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution

6. Limitations of Liability

Solaz Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or that we were not made aware of before service
  • We are not liable for damage to items that require special care unless specifically agreed upon in writing
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the value of the damaged item, whichever is less
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty equipment, structural issues, or pre-existing conditions
  • We recommend that you secure valuables and personal items before our team arrives

7. Insurance and Bonding

Solaz Cleaning Services maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and is bonded. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Our insurance covers accidents and damages that occur during the normal course of our cleaning services.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our employees or contractors
  • Request services that violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of services
  • Inappropriate behavior toward our staff
  • Unsafe working conditions

You may cancel your service agreement at any time with 24 hours' notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
